Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission (RGCM) was established in 2002 with an aim to provide computer education to underprivileged children and adults in the Runkata area of Uttar Pradesh. The institute is named after the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, who was instrumental in promoting the use of computers and Information Technology (IT) in India. RGCM is a registered non-profit organization and is run by a group of volunteers.

RGCM offers a variety of computer courses for both children and adults. The institute has a team of experienced and qualified trainers who provide quality computer education at an affordable fee. RGCM also provides computer education to students who cannot afford to pay the fees.

RGCM has a well-equipped computer lab with latest computers and software. The institute also has a library with a collection of books on computer science and related topics. RGCM is committed to providing quality computer education to all sections of society and has been working towards its mission of bridging the digital divide in India.
